Thank you for shopping with FLOW FLOW. Below are our shipping terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 18:00 (GMT+8) or on weekends & public holidays will be processed on the next business.

  • Processing times may be longer during sales periods, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

2. Shipping Destinations

FLOW FLOW currently ships only within the United States to the 48 contiguous states (Continental United States).

We ship to:

  • The 48 contiguous states of the United States

We do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Any location outside the United States

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • All orders are shipped from overseas (China). Please allow sufficient time for international transit and U.S. customs processing.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

United States Sales Tax In accordance with U.S. federal, state, and local regulations, sales tax may be applied to orders shipped within the United States. Any applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax shown at checkout.

Import Duties & Customs Clearance All orders are shipped from China. FLOW FLOW will cover and be fully responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges. These costs are included in the price shown at checkout. You will not be charged any additional or hidden fees by the carrier upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 48 hours after dispatch.

7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@flowflowstore.com within 30 business days of the estimated delivery date.
  • For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days and provide photos of the item and packaging.

8. Restricted Shipping Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. Please ensure your shipping address is a valid street address within one of the 48 contiguous United States.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to change the shipping address or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
