We carefully select premium, skin-friendly fabrics to eliminate distractions. Our unique blend of Lycra®Nilit®, and Modal is specifically chosen for its exceptional softness and gentle touch on sensitive skin. By minimizing irritation and maximizing comfort, this combination allows you to focus entirely on your movement and fully immerse in your flow state. 

  • How does our design of activewear impact performance?

Based on our premium fabrics, we prioritize seamless and chafe-resistant designs to maximize your athletic performance. For added versatility across different activities, our pieces also feature hidden pockets and removable padding. Additionally, non-slip grips on yoga socks can improve stability and safety during practice, reducing the risk of injury.

  • How can I maintain the quality of my activewear?

To preserve the performance and longevity of your activewear, we provide detailed care instructions for every product. Here are key guidelines to follow:

    • Washing: Most of our activewear is machine washable (max. 30°C), but some items may require hand wash. Always wash colors separately to prevent fading or dye transfer.

    • Drying: Avoid high heat—opt for line dry or tumble dry low. Do not expose garments to direct sunlight to maintain fabric integrity.

    • Additional CareDo not bleachdo not dry clean, and avoid ironing unless specified (if needed, iron at max. 110°C).

SHIPPING
  • What locations do you ship to?

We ship worldwide with CNE Express and your local express from China.

  • How much does shipping cost?

  • Are there any additional costs?

Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We do not offer this service.


RETURNS
  • How do I return my order?

You can apply your return request on your account page. Once processed, you will receive an email with the next steps and the return label.

The product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels need to be included.

  • How long do I have to return my order?

You have 15 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Once we create and send you the return label, you have 5 days to drop it off.

  • Do I have to pay for my return?

Return fee is your shipping cost, it will be automatically deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

The return fee is $15, except for Asia, which is $7. 

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Can I exchange my order?

You will need to return the item and place a new order for any exchanges. Please email us at info@flowflowstore.com.  for a shipping cost refund that would otherwise be charged to your second order.

  • How long does my refund take?

For a quick and flexible solution, all approved returns are automatically refunded as Store Credit, making it easy to exchange for a new size or style.

It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed once we have received your return in our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been made.

  • Can I return all the products?

Products purchased from our "Final Sale" section are cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our return page for more information.

For safety/hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Accessories (any products within accessories category)
    • Lingerie
    • Underwear
    • Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker) 

 

ORDERS
  • Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

We can’t modify orders that have already been placed; however, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund, allowing you to place a new one with the correct items. Please contact our customer care team at info@flowflowstore.com. before your order is shipped.

  • What payment options do you offer?

You can place your order via Credit card or PayPal.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled within one hour from the moment you make your purchase.
