Washing: Most of our activewear is machine washable (max. 30°C), but some items may require hand wash. Always wash colors separately to prevent fading or dye transfer.

Drying: Avoid high heat—opt for line dry or tumble dry low. Do not expose garments to direct sunlight to maintain fabric integrity.

Additional Care: Do not bleach, do not dry clean, and avoid ironing unless specified (if needed, iron at max. 110°C).

SHIPPING
- What locations do you ship to?
FLOW FLOW currently ships only within the United States to the 48 contiguous states (Continental United States, except Alaska and Hawaii).
- How much does shipping cost?

- Are there any additional costs?
In accordance with U.S. federal, state, and local regulations, sales tax may be applied to orders shipped within the United States. Any applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax shown at checkout.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can check your estimated delivery time on our shipping page.
- Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
We do not offer this service.
RETURNS
- How do I return my order?
You can apply your return request on your account page. Once processed, you will receive an email with the next steps and the return label.
The product must be in new condition, and the original labels need to be included.
- How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days to request a return from the date you receive your order. Please ensure you ship the returned item back within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we create and send you the return label, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Do I have to pay for my return?

- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, FLOW FLOW will cover both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

- Returns caused by customer use, wear, or handling are considered non-defective returns. In such cases, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs. A original shipping fee of $10 will be automatically deducted from your refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Items showing signs of wear, stains, or odor from use
- Missing or removed tags
- Items that are no longer in a resalable condition

- Restocking & Handling Fees We do not charge any restocking fees or return handling fees.
- Can I exchange my order?
The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the desired size or style. Once we receive your original return, we will issue a store credit to your account, which you can use toward your new order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to the new order.
- How long does my refund take?
All approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Orders placed using Store Credit (including credits from previous returns) will be refunded as Store Credit.
It usually takes 7 business days for the refund to be processed once we have received your return in our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been made.
- Can I return all the products?
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet the return conditions above.
For safety/hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

- Lingerie
- Underwear
- Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker)

ORDERS
- Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?
We can’t modify orders that have already been placed; however, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund, allowing you to place a new one with the correct items. Please contact our customer care team at info@flowflowstore.com. before your order is shipped.

You can place your order via Credit card or PayPal.
- Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled within 12 hours from the moment you make your purchase.
