Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as sales or holidays.

2. Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note:

  • For customized orders, please allow until the 5 days for shipping, which it takes 20 business day.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

  • DHL Express do NOT deliver to / accept PO BOX deliveries.

  • Please note these transit times are estimates only.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FLOW FLOW is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs and import taxes).
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@flowflowstore.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Email us at info@flowflowstore.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If applicable, please ensure your delivery address is eligible for courier delivery.

8. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at info@flowflowstore.com within 12–24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
