We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To Start a Return
Simply ensure the item meets the following conditions:

It must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (e.g., from makeup or deodorant).

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Please include your proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email).
How We Refund

For a quick and flexible solution, all approved returns are automatically refunded as Store Credit, making it easy to exchange for a new size or style.

A refund to your original payment method is available only if you received a wrong item or one with a manufacturing defect.
- If you cancel your order before it ships, please contact us via email. We will process your refund after the cancellation is completed.
How Do You Make Returns
Submit a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store menu, or navigate to the Refund Policy or Returns page, and then apply for a return.

In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue."

In your email account, open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Click "Apply for Return" for the order you wish to submit a return for.
If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you want to return.
Choose a reason for the return and add any notes for the store to review.
Click "Request Return."
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Your refund and store credits will be issued after the product is returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Return Exceptions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return:

Items marked as Final Sale.

Orders placed using Store Credit (whether from past returns or as compensation).Also we cannot accept returns on gift cards

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet the return conditions stated above.

We do not offer change of mind or incorrect sizing.

For safety/hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned:
- Accessories (any products within accessories category)
- Lingerie
- Underwear
- Swimwear (without a hygiene sticker)
A Quick Note on Disputes
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback may extend the refund processing time to 75 days, as this involves third-party financial institutions. We’re always here to help directly—please reach out to us first at info@flowflowstore.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve your issue promptly.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the size or style you want. Once we receive your original return, we will issue a Store Credit to your account, which you can use for future purchases.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to your new order.
